The write-up still eats my evenings: workshops, meetings and calls all day, then the workbooks, the decision log, the slide-decks, the reports, all built by hand at 11pm.

Conassi is the app I'm building to fix that. It sits in the workshop with you, and while the room talks, it captures what's agreed, the decisions, the actions, the solution taking shape. By the time the room empties, the deliverables are drafted. The only job left is the one that was always yours; refining them into something you'd put your name on. The writing below shows the working.

From workshop to deliverable, faster

Conassi takes what an engagement actually produces, workshop notes, documents, half-finished sentences, and drafts the deliverables the client pays for: a CSDM workbook, a decision log, a workshop summary. In the firm's brand, in minutes rather than evenings.

The AI does the assembling; the consultant does the judging, and nothing goes out unreviewed. It already runs a full engagement end to end, proven on synthetic clients built for the job. Nobody has it but me yet; proven first, invited first.

It runs ServiceNow methods today, CSDM discovery and HRSD, because that's the work I know well enough to judge. But the engine underneath isn't tied to either, or to ServiceNow. Any vendor, any method, any deliverable is where this is heading; the series above documents it getting there.
